REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The MACBA Annual Conference is designed to bring pastors and church leaders away from their everyday pressures to a place where they can relax, grow, and hear the voice of God. Realizing that sometimes our complex schedules won't allow for a mid-week retreat, we invite you to come for whatever portion of the conference that you can. Sandy Cove's beautiful facilities will be open for you to enjoy, whether you will be joining us for an overnight stay or just spending the day with us. Child care will also be available during regular conference sessions.

As a new feature this year, we are pleased to offer on-line registration for our annual conference through Count Me In Event Registration. You should find the registration process to be quick and simple; however, since this is new, please read the instructions below in their entirety before you register. We also encourage you to print this page as a reference.

  1. CHURCH/ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION: Each church or organization represented at the MACBA Annual Conference needs to register with us, whether attending as a conference participant or an exhibitor. The Church/Organization registrations help defray the costs associated with the conference. It should be paid by your church or organization and covers all participants from your group. It does not cover lodging, meals, or any incidentals you may incur while at the conference.

    • Church with Membership >100 - $150
    • Church with Membership <100 - $90
    • Conference Exhibitor - $50
    • Affiliate - $50
    • Missionaries &/or Retired Pastors - $0

    *** Important Note *** When registering your church or organization, please enter your church or organization name (e.g., First Community Church) in the “Member’s First Name” field and your location (e.g., Philadelphia, PA) in the “Member’s Last Name” field. There will be a separate field for a contact name.


  2. OVERNIGHT GUEST RESERVATIONS: If your church or organization is registered and you will be staying overnight at Sandy Cove, you will follow the Overnight Guest Reservation link.  This per person cost covers two nights lodging and five meals. (If you will only be staying one night, please call Rickie Jones in the MACBA office to make those arrangements.)

    All Sandy Cove reservations are being made through the MACBA office.  Please do not call Sandy Cove directly.


    • Single Occupancy - $270
    • Double Occupancy - $185/pp
    • Triple Occupancy - $150/pp
    • Children 12-17 - $75/pp
    • Children 5-11 - $45/pp
    • Children under 4 - $0

    *** Important Note *** If you are registering for double or triple occupancy, or if you are bringing children, please only choose “1” in the “# of Participants” field. On your registration page, there will be a field for the names of your guests and/or children.

    Examples:

    • Double Occupancy: If you are bringing your spouse, you will choose 1 participant, then register yourself as the participant and your spouse as your guest. On the payment page, you will select double occupancy, quantity 2. (You would follow this same process for any type of double occupancy registration.)

    • Triple Occupancy: For triple occupancy, the credit card holder will register as the 1 participant and list the others in the room as the guests. On the payment page, you will select triple occupancy, quantity 3.

    • Family Registration: If you are bringing your family, you will register yourself as the participant. You will list your spouse as a guest, and then you will complete the fields for "child’s name" and "age". There will also be a comment box where you can let us know of any special needs for your children, such as a crib or high chair.  On the payment page, you will select double occupancy, quantity 2, and then select the appropriate registration fee for your child.

  3. DAY GUESTS: If your church or organization is registered and you will NOT be staying overnight at Sandy Cove, you will follow the Day Guest link. The day guest fee is $10/pp for each day and includes use of Sandy Cove’s facilities. Meals are not included in the day guest registration fee; however, on your payment page, you will able to select any meals that you would like to share with us. We especially invite you to stay for our Tuesday night banquet!

Please remember, the conference is extended to your church/organization staff, leadership, and members. Everyone is welcome, but we will need registration information for each person attending.
